Onward
A quieter way to start.
A small iOS app for the moments when executive function runs out. It opens with one question — “What’s going on right now?” — and picks the tool for you.
Four ways in
Can’t start
A stuck task becomes ridiculously small steps, beginning with one concrete physical action. Only the next step is shown.
Brain’s too full
Empty everything out. It comes back sorted into what actually needs you now, each with a one-sentence next move.
Restless
A menu of quick activities matched to the time you actually have.
Can’t switch
A three-minute guided ritual between two different kinds of work.
Plus a “stay with me” focus mode with gentle check-ins, and time estimates that learn from how long things actually take you — not how long they should.
No feeds. No streaks. No guilt. Unfinished things are still here whenever you want them.
Onward is invitation-only
Accounts are created by the developer — there is no public sign-up. If you have an account, sign in with the email address you were given. If you’ve forgotten your password, the app can send you a reset link from the sign-in screen.
Support
Questions, bugs, account requests, or anything that isn’t working: email harsh.jain328@gmail.com. A real person reads it, usually within a few days.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app.
